Simply Perfect Cleaning has had the honor of providing exceptional residential cleaning services in Collier and Lee County for over 15 years.  We always strive to not only meet but to exceed our clients' expectations.  We are dedicated to consistently providing high-quality service to each and every one of our customers to deliver the results they deserve and have come to expect.  We feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to provide our services to our wonderful family of customers that in turn have rewarded us with their loyalty through the years.

We enjoy getting to know our clients, their preferences and their cleaning needs.   Doing so allows us to design a personalized cleaning plan and profile that is tailored to their specific case. We understand that every home is different and requires special care.  That is why we take the time to pay attention to the details, to better understand what our clients need. We care about the special touches and concentrate on providing individualized attention. We take pride in our work and hope to become your preferred choice. 

 

While many of our clients feel that a  bi-weekly schedule works best for them, they know that we are more than willing to reschedule or make adjustments as needed. We understand that circumstances change and that unexpected things come up.  We are aware that these may at times affect their cleaning schedules, requiring that we make the necessary changes and accommodations.   We do our best to work with the client and provide the best solutions for them. Likewise, if additional or longer cleaning visits are requested, we are always happy to help!  

 

Our clients have the freedom to choose both the frequency and duration of our visits, based on what works best with their schedules.  Popular options include cleaning every one, two, or three weeks.  We also offer monthly cleanings and the option to call us on an as-needed basis.

Small teams

​

Our staff is comprised of highly-trained, hard-working professionals with the expertise and experience required to consistently make your house sparkle and look its best.  For the most part, we work in groups of two and try to always assign the houses to the same team. When this is not possible, the new team receives special notes to help them understand the customer's preferences.  

 

Specialized services

​

We offer a vast array of services including cleaning when moving in or out, assistance in preparation for special events so that you can focus on decorating and giving your house finishing touches while we do the cleaning.  

​

We also have clients that rent out or make their homes available to renters, friends, and family. This is known as a Turn over cleaning or Turn-Key services. Some of the things we help with include changing bedsheets, making the beds, washing laundry,  purchasing groceries, among others.  All this to ensure that your guests or renters feel right at home. If you rent your property out,  we clean before your renters arrive and after they depart.

Our special notification system is amazing!  When you book a cleaning, we send out detailed appointment reminders and confirmation which include information about the services you have requested, the names of the team members that the job has been assigned to, and the estimated arrival time.  When the team is driving to your location, you will receive an "on my way" alert.  You also get notified via text messages when the team starts and finishes cleaning.  

 

We also offer convenient payment options for our services.  For their convenience, our clients have the option of paying with cash, checks or electronically via our secure payment portal. We want to ensure that the whole process is as easy and stressfree as possible.

Although we do our best to make sure that your house sparkles, we may miss a spot.  We are happy to clean the area we missed at no charge. We only ask that you contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will then send out a team that will correct the issue. We want to make it right!
