Why should I hire Simply Perfect Cleaning?

We have had the honor of cleaning our clients' homes for over 15 years.  Throughout these past two decades, we have earned their trust and have been rewarded with their loyalty. What is your service area?

We are located in Naples, Florida. We service Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, and many other areas.

Are you licensed?

Yes!  We are licensed. We are also fully insured to protect your home and give you peace of mind.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not! We are very flexible and want to make sure that we provide the best experience possible.  Our services are specifically tailored to each clients' needs and requests. Our clients are not under contract or any obligations.

How does this work?

It's very simple.  When you contact us and agree to use our services, we will work together to establish what you require and expect from us every time we clean your home.  We will create a detailed file with all the necessary information.  Detailed notes will be added to your profile to specify the frequency of the cleanings, any areas that you would like us to avoid or spend extra time on, special instructions or requests.  To enhance the overall experience, we ask our clients to please share their mobile numbers and email address with us.  Prior to your scheduled cleaning, we will send a notification to the cell phone or email on file containing all the details for the service.  In this appointment reminder and confirmation, you will be able to see the service that was requested, the estimated time of arrival window, the names of the team members the job has been assigned to, etc. On the day of your cleaning, you will receive a text to let you know that the team is on its way. You will then receive messages to alert when the job is started and completed.  It's that easy!  Feel free to contact us once you are ready for a visit and leave the rest to us!

What do I need to do before you arrive?

The best way you can prepare for your cleaners is by straightening up as much as possible.  If there are toys, shoes, clothing, or any other items on the floor or areas that you would like us to clean, we ask that you please put them away before the cleaners arrive. By doing so, the teams will have ample time to concentrate on cleaning and making your house sparkle and not have to worry about putting things away in the process.  However,  if you need help putting things away or organizing certain areas, please let us know so that we can help you and schedule enough time to complete the job. If you would like us to change the sheets, wash them and then make the beds, please leave fresh sheets out for us to use. We encourage you to leave a note detailing anything else you would like us to do. 

 

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

Not at all!  We understand that some of our clients work and others have things they need to attend to.  Some customers prefer to be out of the house when we're cleaning, while others chose to stay at home.  Some give us a spare key or the garage code for easy access.  Others may choose to leave a key in a designated place or arrange for a neighbor to open for us when we arrive.

 

We also work with Realtors who either provide us with the lockbox combination if your house is on the market or let us in on the service day. In some cases, we work directly with the Realtor when it comes to arranging appointments based on their schedules.  This is very convenient, as it allows them ample time for showings or open house events.

 

Clients that live in gated communities also provide us with the gate access codes. We kindly ask that you include us in your guest list or call ahead so that the guard knows that you are expecting us. In the end, it's really up to you.  We want to make sure that everything is easy and hassle-free for our clients.

 

Do you use your own equipment and cleaning supplies?

Yes!  Each team has a professional cleaning cart with all the chemicals and equipment needed to clean your house.  We use professional-grade cleaning solutions to clean and disinfect your home. We also use professional vacuums that feature sealed HEPA  filtration systems.  This allows for the removal of dust particles and harmful allergens. We use microfiber and cotton cloths to thoroughly clean your home.  However,  if you would like us to use your vacuum or cleaning supplies, please let us know. 

 

What if I have a pet?

We love pets!  If you plan to be away while we clean, but decide to leave your pet, just let us know. Please let us know if you have pets that are not friendly towards strangers, or scared of vacuums so that we can work something out.  In such cases, we kindly ask that you leave them in a pen or a place in the house where they will be safe and comfortable.

Will I always have the same cleaners?

Our teams are made up of two highly trained cleaning professionals. We make every effort to send the same team to your home on each visit.  However, when we have staffing changes and one of the members is absent, we'll do our best to send someone that already knows your house and preferences.  Rest assured, each one of our employees has been rigorously trained to consistently provide quality service to meet or exceed your expectations.

What if something is broken or damaged?

Each home is treated with the utmost care and respect.  In the unfortunate event that something gets damaged or broken, we will promptly make every effort to fix the issue.  We will either replace or repair the item, depending on what you prefer. If you would rather be reimbursed, we will be happy to do so.

What if you missed a spot?

Although we strive to provide the best service possible, we understand that somethings things can be overlooked.  We train our teams to follow specific steps while cleaning to ensure that no area is missed. If we miss something, please contact us within 24 hours of your last visit and we will gladly correct it for free or apply a credit on your next cleaning.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely!  We work very hard and take pride in our work.  We want all our clients to be more than happy with their services.  That is why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge to you. Please call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we'll make it right.

How do I pay?

We strive to make this an easy, hassle-free process for our clients.  That is why we offer several options.  Payment is due on the day that the service is provided. An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address that's on file. For your convenience, you may pay by check, debit or credit card.  Some clients prefer to leave a check on the kitchen counter.  We ask that checks be made out to Simply Perfect Cleaning and not to the employees the job was assigned to.

Do I have to leave a tip?

Our employees do not expect to receive a tip.  We don't require tips. If you would like to show your appreciation based on the quality of the team's performance, you may text us or write them a thank you note.  We will always welcome and encourage feedback to let our employees know that you value the work they do.  If you choose to leave a tip, please leave it on the kitchen counter along with a note to let them know they may take it.

What if my cleaning day falls on a Holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule to a more convenient date and time.  We want to make sure that we are there when you need us.  If you need to reschedule your cleaning at any other time, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so that we can adjust our schedule for that day and provide services to our other clients.

Can I hire one of your cleaners directly?

We work very hard to hire and train all of our cleaners.  Each employee signs an Employment Contract, as well as a Non-Compete Agreement.  They are not available for direct hire. If you would like to be assigned to a specific team, we make every effort possible to grant your request.
